What's the secret? We carefully select our participating providers. We make sure our doctors are paid fairly and on time. We take the time to understand what they do and what issues are affecting their practices. We offer competent help desk support services through our Provider Relations Department.
We offer provider handbooks, training classes and a formalized complaint process. When medical issues arise that require a decision, our doctors talk to doctors. And we make sure problems between providers and payers get solved quickly and amicably, through us.
